I never took my before because I was nauseated Imo but I have these current to keep me accountable and not go above my current size. In July I had been at my heaviest weight non pregnancy which was 172 lbs around January I was give or take 168-170 lbs depending on days now I’m at a steady 151 lbs I have been able to maintain this weight since Feb which for myself is impressive given I fluctuate in weight a bit. Doc and I had begun talks about possible high cholesterol, severely low iron, cervical cancer amongst a few other health concerns and always the recommendation was HEALTHY BALANCED MEAL & MORE PHYSICAL ACTIVITY especially since my job is a sit down desk one. I am pretty confident next check up will be even better. For those that are “naturally fit, healthy etc” good for y’all I am not. Sometimes you just need a little push and motivation.
