Try this delicious holiday treat!

 Whey HD Salted Caramel
 1 cup Cashew milk
 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
 Liquid Stevia
 1 tsp Chia seeds
 Caramel
 ½ White Chocolate protein bar
 ¼ cup Almonds
 1 Star anise
 Chocolate chip ice cream
 Cool Whip
  cup Cottage cheese
 Fat free Greek yogurt
 1 tsp Cinnamon
 1 Orange

Fill up a blender with 1 cup of cashew milk.

Drop in 1 scoop of chocolate chip ice cream.

Drop in 1/3 cup of cottage cheese.

Pour in 1 tablespoon of coconut oil.

Drop in 1 Scoop of Whey HD Salted Caramel.

With a dropper, drop in 2 shots of liquid stevia.

With a handheld grater, grate the orange's skin into the blender.

Lightly tap in 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.

In a separate blender cup, drop in 1/4 cup of almonds.
