Drop in 1/2 of a teaspoon of stevia powder
Pour in 2 tablespoons of coconut oil.
Your going to need to melt the coconut oil. Do this however way you see fit but the end product should have a liquid consistency.
Pour in 3/4 of a cup of melted coconut oil.
Crack open 1 egg and put it into the bowl.
Crack open another egg however this time put in only the yolk.
Pour in 3 tablespoons of water.
Blend the wet mixture.
Add the dry mixture into the bowl.
Drop in 1 cup of chocolate chips.
Blend the final mixture.
Once done blending, lay the dough onto some parchment paper.
Flatten the dough out.
With a gingerbread man cookie cutter, cut out as many gingerbread men you can.
Lay them onto an oven tray with parchment paper.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.
Once done baking, sprinkle some cinnamon over the gingerbread men.
You can decorate the gingerbread men the way you want. The way we did it is by melting 1/2 a cup of butterscotch chocolate chips.
We then put the melted butterscotch into a plastic bag and cut a lower corner off the bag. This will allow the butterscotch to come out of the plastic bag mimicking a funnel.
We covered the gingerbread men in lines of butterscotch.
Then, to top it all off, we sprinkled powdered sugar over all the gingerbread men.
