What is Thetahealing?
The ThetaHealing technique is a meditation technique and spiritual philosophy – not specific to one religion but accepting them all – with the purpose of getting closer to the Creator. It is a training method for your mind, body and spirit that allows you to clear limiting beliefs and live life with positive thoughts, developing virtues in all that we do. Through meditation and prayer, the ThetaHealing Technique creates a positive lifestyle.
The ThetaHealing technique is always taught to be used in conjunction with conventional medicine. It teaches how to put to use one’s own natural intuition, relying upon unconditional love of Creator Of All That Is to do the actual “work.” We believe by changing your brain wave cycle to include the “Theta” state, you can actually watch the Creator Of All That Is create instantaneous physical and emotional wellbeing. We have learned that through the ThetaHealing Technique intuitive abilities can be used to bring about spontaneous physical and emotional wellbeing.
Our philosophy is to live, train, and coach others how to achieve a better life through the pure essence of love. This technique allows us to work with the Creator to help attain harmony in our mind, body and spirit. We are best known for the 7 Planes of Existence. Using this concept, the practitioner uses the meditation technique to connect with a higher spiritual power of his/her own belief and commands a change as requested by that individual. (1)
What happens during a Thetahealing session?
During a Thetahealing session, your practitioner will identify which key beliefs are holding your emotional and physical issues in place. This is done intuitively and through a process called “digging”, a technique used to work through layers of beliefs to uncover the key belief. Once the bottom belief is uncovered, it is transformed, the beliefs stacked above will automatically change, sort of like a house of cards, instantly freeing you from those limiting patterns without the need to relive past traumatic events.
The duration of a Theta session is between 30-60 minutes, and the number of sessions required depends on the issue we are working on. Most issues can be addressed in one or two sessions, but some issues may take a little longer.
Your practitioner creates a safe and supportive space for you to explore any area of your life where you would like to see change take place. In addition to improving your health and well-being, you can work on anything such as unlocking your creativity, growing your business, finding your soulmate, and anything else you may need help with. What are the benefits of Thetahealing?
1. Stress Release
Theta brain waves are emitted at a very low frequency, where the conscious mind meets the unconscious. This produces a trance-like state of meditation similar to hypnosis, which relaxes the mind and relieves any mental stress or anxiety.
